| Inside the cover the tool bag has the added
items of a tee handle ball driver for the pump. Dielectric grease has been
added to assist in corrosion protection. A timer has been added to aid in
scheduling of maintenance. An additional rope has been stored for emergencies.
Also added is a quick disconnect fresh water flush connector.
The added reliability through the use of all stainless steel clamps on fuel lines. Fuel line connectors and manifold are made of brass. The fuel pump body has been upgraded to aluminum. Also a clear in line fuel filter with spring clamps to assist in cleaning, has been added. Throttle lever, connector and cable adjust screw are now made of brass
or aluminum. |

The new Johnson 30 hp I-MARS/APRL has many
new features. From the outside you see a new color (non-reflective) Black.
The rope start anchor has been designed to reduce the tear stress on the
rope. As always an Emergency Shut Off switch at the tiller handle.
For securing the upper motor cover two additional clamps have been added. Post submersion de-watering instruction decal is prominently displayed for easy operation. To assist in carrying the motor, a wrap around strap has been added to the lower motor cover. A pair of de-watering valves are used, one for the fuel system and one for the crankcase. They are located on the front of the motor for easy access with the opening & closing decal. The handles and pins on the screw clamps have been made of stainless steel, for a long service life. |

| The Craft Modification Kit (CMK) used on the
Zodiac 470 family of soft and hard floor inflatable boats, provides enhanced
performance, durability and utility. The CMK includes a Transom Cap with
features and a pair of Solid Aluminum Stringers. The Transom Cap is made of Corrosion Resistant Stainless Steel (CRSS). Two layers of powder coating are applied to the Cap for the ultimate in toughness and resistance to harsh environmental extremes. The Cap utilizes a texture surface coating for positive grip when wet. The attachment of the Cap to the transom is complete with all Stainless Steel Hardware forming a rigid structure to the craft. |
